The 'Off Balance' Magicka Templar build for The Elder Scrolls Online is back in action and updated fully for the Lost Depths DLC! This Magicka Templar build is design to have a BALANCE of both single target and area of affect combined!
This has multiple different options of course for different scenarios but is capable of ALL PVE content in the game, and yes that even means the HARD stuff! It also applies off balance to targets with effortless control so that people who need to utilize heavy attacks can do so and gain so much more from it!

Heavy attacks during off balance increase those attacks by 70% AND give back DOUBLE resources (stam or mag), and if that is also buffed from empower that is now a FURTHER 80% extra damage during that time, so can be great for everyone all round!

The Dps can sustain easier, the healers can benefit form their resto staff heavies (bigger heals) and tanks can maintain their resources so much easier without desperately screaming for synergies!

This is a balanced build for ALL players of ALL skill levels and has been successful now for over 5 years and still strong as ever! Whether you are new to ESO or a hardcore long term player, this has something for everyone and is a massive win button if you want a simple yet effective Templar!
