Today’s video is an update to the first video ever featured on this channel - an ESO Vampire Templar build.

The original build used for Spy’s vampiric, magicka Templar was one that was an effective way to become a tanky, godmode, solo character through most content in The Elder Scrolls Online. As with all things though, there’s always an opportunity to improve - even if everything seems like it’s perfectly fine the way it is. So, in the spirit of improvement and progression, Spy revisited his Vampire Templar and started tweaking as he often does.

In true SpyPie form, this is not a META character build. That being said, it provides a very practical and effective way to play both solo and group content from PvE to PvP. This isn’t something that is seen often in many builds, as they are often geared toward one or the other. However, building functional characters that are enjoyable to play is something we focus on here.

The character's framework is versatile and allows for alternative skills to be used as well - something Spy covers. So, if you are looking to play a Templar or a Vampire, this may be the build for you - at least to provide a starting point and get those theorycrafting gears turning.

If you want a unique Vampire Lord for ESO that's capable of surviving situations most players would consider lost - here you go.

The timestamps for each section are below, if you prefer to jump to a certain section:

0:35 - Sets
4:49 - Active Abilities
12:20 - Alternative Abilities
15:15 - Attributes/Stats/Mundus/Buff Food
16:46 - CP Allocation
20:26 - Passives
26:20 - Race

Let us know what you think of the build, and what you might tweak to fit your personal tastes in the comments below.

We're currently a team of two highly dedicated contributors who simply want to share experiences and engage with other players.

That being said, we consider ourselves professionals. So, expect a touch of professionalism in everything we put out. If not, speak up. We believe in the concept of continuous improvement. Which leads to another thing you’ll find here: diverse perspectives. We believe tolerance of differing views is essential to community—and that's what we're here to achieve after all.
