Welcome to the fourteenth episode in my tutorial series for EU4, where we discuss the mechanics of the DLC I think essential to EU IV, the ones in the Empire Founder bundle on Steam: Art of War, Rights of Man, and Common Sense.

This series is meant to supplement a new player playing the game and hopefully provide sound advise and explain some of the mechanics. This tutorial is created in vanilla 1.29 EU4.
