Alright, let's talk about the Warped Savior.  So far, it is by far the easiest of the post-game bosses, even more so if you use the chemicals on it.  If you don't use the chemicals, then it is a far more difficult fight.

First off, the chemical order is: Green, White, Blue, Red, Yellow.  Using those will severely weaken the boss's attacks, halve its HP in the 2nd phase, and prevent it from using a party wipe skill.  Now for its attacks:

Insatiable Pupa

Peptic Juices - Untyped attack to entire party.  Physical Defense debuff for 5 turns.
Ground Shake - Bash attack to entire party.  Chance to stun.
Heavy Press - Bash attack with splash effect.
Guardian Thread - Raises defense for 3 turns.  50% increase with chemicals, 90% without.
Loosed Power - High damage untyped attack to entire party.  Switches to Phase 2.

The Insatiable Pupa will only use Loosed Power on the 8th turn, meaning you're on a time limit to bust down its 10K HP.

As for Phase 2, the Warped Savior will only use its attacks while its eye is open while the Claws and Buds alternate which turns they attack.  While the eye is closed, the boss will have a 90% damage reduction to all damage sources, including those that do set damage like poison.  It will only open its eye whenever the four limbs are destroyed.

The biggest differences in the fight between whether or not you use the chemicals are present in the 2nd Phase.  Outside of halving its HP, it takes double damage when its eye opens. If you do not weaken it, it can attack with all four limbs instead of just two on each turn.  As for its attacks:

Ragnarok - Instantly kills the entire party, the only way to stop it is to stun the boss, usually with Geo Impact Burst Skill.  Only uses this skill if you didn't use the chemicals.
Megido Flame - Fire damage to party.
Chaos Blizzard - Ice damage to party.
Volt Cyclone - Volt damage to party.
Chaotic Embrace - High change to cause all status ailment to party.  Success rate is either 10% or 30% per ailment depending on chemicals.
Holy Chest - High damage to party depending on how many tentacles are still alive.
Vanish Barrier - Doubles TP cost of the party's next skills.
Hollow Barrier - Reduces Blast Gauge by one level.  Only used if you didn't use chemicals.
Vanishing Wave - Dispels all buff on party.
Eye Open - Dispels all ailments and debuffs.  Sets resistances back to normal levels.
Eye Close - Revives all tentacles.  Gains 90% damage reduction.

Claws [All attacks use Legs]

Arm Crush - Cut attack with splash effect.  May arm bind.
Hangman - Single target Cut attack.  May cause instant death.
Grand Scissors - Cut attack to one line.  May blind and cause a damage debuff.
Guillotine - Strong Cut attack to party.  Needs both Claws to perform.

Buds [All attacks use Arms]

Head Crush - Stab attack that pierces the line.  May head bind.
Raging Bud - Single target Stab attack.  May stun.
Tentacle Rod - Stab attack to one line.  May paralyze and cause a defense debuff.
Riot Lance - Random target stab attack that hits 5-7 times.  May bind all parts.  Needs both Buds to perform.

As you can see, as long as you bring someone who can bind body parts, the boss is very manageable.  Also, being level 99 and retiring is a bit overkill on the weakened version as I found out.

Anyway, that is it for EO4.  I'm still barely into EO5 so that one will take a while, but hopefully, I'll be able to set aside some time for it soon.
