I take advantage of what I'll call the "Resolve Loop" From what I gather, it works like this:
X/D/X
X/T
Where X are characters that deal damage/Heal/Buff/Debuff (Whatever keeps your team alive)
1. The first few turns you're mostly just setting up and waiting for him to use his first resolve. Set up at least one buff during this time period.
2. After his first resolve, Continue to spam Bait, and set up buffs after he resolves them. He will continue to use Combat move - Resolve - Combat Move - Resolve. You can heal during resolve turns, and buff during combat turns. Bait will do damage for you, though having extra damage dealers will help the fight go faster.
-Hexers or fast Protecters/Medics/troubadours are useful to set up defensive buffs/debuffs so that he doesn't murderize you. Hexers are especially useful as resolve does not remove his debuffs.
-The troubadour is very useful, as Erasure will remove his regeneration buff he might set up at the start.
