Seeing Acea's Pinion Spear vs Ricochet Damage comparison, made me remember, that I'm planning to do Ricochet Gunners in Nexus, sadly I got lazy. But now I had the time to do it.
Well, I know that the best damaging skill of Gunners in this game are the Charged Shots, due to not only being having consistent damage, but you can craft so many tactics on the same skill as well. But how about Ricochet? Ricochet, for sure if ignoring the min-max shots, inconsistencies and inaccuracies, and RNG factors of the skill, does absolutely better than charged shot... Sadly it's not if those factors are not ignored. It only does big damage, the enemy is disabled/have evasion debuffs and/or Gunner has accuracy accessories/armor. Even if you do have anything to offset it, the skill alone is not enough to make big damage, and you hope that it doesn't roll badly and get less hits.

So here are the things that are absolutely needed for this strat(while maybe some of them are optional, they can help at least lessen the RNG factor):

1.) FB! Double Action/Riot Gun and/or Multi Shot: While maybe Multi Shot may not be needed anyway, but this is Ricochet anyway, not Charged Shot, so yeah, it's highly likely you might need it, even if it's still RNG, any extra hits will help. Gunner's Force Boost will help add more additional hits, even if it's just 40% additional damage(well still depends since it activates again, the number of hits are random), and Riot Gun, of course, like in a Charged Shot Tactic and the like, not only it prevents her from acting and using Undead Regen, but also additional damage, hoping you can make it to 17k for Undead Regen telegraph/Rearing Head easily.
2.)Dragoon Mail/Target Goggles/Third-Eye Band/Accuracy Passives: Self-Explanatory, due to Ricochet low accuracy, these are needed so sadly, there won't be a lot of STR increasing armors. Accuracy passives are also good, if the subclass has one.
3.) Sub-Ronin/Sub-Ninja/Sub-Landsknecht/Sub-Zodiac: Ronin for Upper Stance, Ninja for additional Ricochet, making it 6, Landsknecht not only for very good passives, but also Massacre Wave, for better damage, lastly Zodiac, for preventing elemental attacks on Turn 1/Turn 4.
4.) Attack Passives: very vital, the bigger, the better.
5.) Agneyastra: Every gunner should equip, unsure for the lower weapons tho sadly.
Bonus:
While I didn't used Act Quick, you can have the skill, but it's still up to you.

And now the strat:
Turn 1- S-Ronins extends Upper Stance, S-Landsknecht uses Massacre Wave, S-Zodiac prevents Turn 1 elemental with Fire Prophecy, and S-Ninja activates Force then use Sonic Scream.
Turn 2: Everyone uses Ricochet, except S-Ninja, the only one who will use Riot Gun.
Turn 3: should be using Rearing Head at this point. If no one has Act Quick defend, except 2 members, landsknecht, who will extend massacre wave, and just any single member, who will use Sonic Scream.
Turn 4: Activate 2 Force Boosts of any member, it doesn't matter almost, except Sub-Zodiac, which uses Ice Prophecy. Everyone else, Ricochet. If somehow, the princess is asleep like in the 2nd attempt I made, everyone just Ricochet, maybe you can also do it without activating the boost yet, but it's better to do it.
Turn 5 beyond: One uses force break, then one will activate the force, and everyone will use ricochet. Rinse and repeat.

Notes:
1. This might still have some RNG a bit, so if you somehow fail to meet the Undead Regen requirements, restart.
2. If Unholy Light is somehow used at any of the turns, restart.
3. I know there's the Duel passive from Ronin, which I forgot, but since the damage they made was enough, and successful in 2 tries, it doesn't matter.

Also, very random, but I calculated the total damage of turn 2 in first attempt, and it was around 23k.

Well, that's it for Ricochet run.
Again I might have an NG+ revisit of this game, probably alongside with 7th Dragon or another dungeon crawler.
