EUC Beginners Episode 10: The Fails Edition
It's been a little over a month since I first stepped on an EUC and 3 times on the Kingsong s18. I started a "beginners" series to illustrate what it's really like to start out the EUC ways. Ever since starting, I've grown more and most videos make it look like I'm an EUC champ. So here's some fails from yesterday's trail run video. 99% of getting good is just constant doing. That's basically what I've been at since starting, every day doing.
So here it is. Some strange moments, none super bad. FRom the wheel suddenly stopping (like a mule) and Newton keeping me going, to root falls, foot fatigue and a mix of other weird issues. I also have a lot of trouble still starting on incline and decline (hills).
To me, the s18 is an almost perfect EUC. Perfect for trails. Light (55 pounds) and nimble, it corners and maneuvers extremely well. The suspension system really helps blast over roots and terrain and adds a little bit extra response time. The suspension is also a back and knee saver. A great full body workout. I only wish the s18 had a grab handle like the v8f has. I cut my finger pretty bad trying to catch and lift the device.
