EUC Beginners Episode 11 ish: Gear Talk
1Getting straight to the point and trying to be as unannoying as possible. My goal is to spread awareness and information and not a 15 minute monetized rambling video. So I talk gear here. Straight up, what I have and what I want and some demonstrations of why.
Forgot to mention that I am wearing some Amazon canvas pants by CDQ or whatever brand name. Brand isn't as important as the need to not rip on little falls. These pants have been great and 2 for 2 on falls and no road rash. As we get into the summer weather the desire to wear shorts and expose skin will grow though. Since I'm losing weight like crazy since taking up the EUC, I may go a few sessions shirtless.
Since we lean forward like knuckle dragging Chimps, I highly suggest a full face helmet. Mine arrives in a few days because I can see it's value. Falls are fast and reaction time may not save you.
The full body armor in the video has worked amazing for my 10-15 mile an hour sudden stops.
