5442020 Rav4 Hybrid or Electric Vehicles makes a pedestrian warning sound when going forward (up to 30 Km/hr) or when in reverse or back up (loudest) or parked. Applies to all electric vehicles built after Sept 2019 in the US. Specs for RAV4 speaker are 6V speaker with 6.4 - 9.6 Ohm resistance. If removed dash warning light comes on.
