As the name suggests, EVADE 2 will raise wanzer's evade upgrade by 2 levels. It will not activated if the wanzer doesn't have any evasion upgrade or if it's already on maximum level. It only costs with 2 slots but it's usefulness is also questionable since skill is not always get activated every time we enter a battle.
It is obtainable by equipping WHISK leg part and no shoulder type weapon.
