this is talking about the astrahus prep work; access lists, structure manager, fittings, who can control AND refit.
the next video is longer and deals with the actual attack.

00:00 - stumbling my way through remember how to use both "structure browser" and "access lists" (i make a few mistakes but eventually fix them)
02:25 - yay! i finally find "profile settings" *pats myself on back* moron
03:00 - "i see", said the blind man, as he pissed into the wind, "it's all coming back to me!"
05:00 - making a "gunnery" access list for the 'control' profile, different than the "holding [corp]" access list for the 'docking' profile (the latter having 'everyone' set; you don't have to make it a freeport, btw)
08:00 - explaining the difference between the access list manager and being a director in the owning corp, in reference to fitting and unfitting the upwell.
08:20 - dealing with the clone service physically
09:00 - dealing with the 'clone' profile set to "holding" access list
11:30 - DERP! fix a mistake where i forgot to set "gunnery" ACL to 'control' profile.
13:00 - trading the astra gear from ceo to director and logging the former, then going about shoving fighters and ammo into the astrahus (bit of stumbling and my horrible math skills on full display)
16:00 - finished fitting and now into yapping about capacitor usage and duration, then go into what my plan is for the simulated attack - basically testing tank
18:20 - finished loading fighters into tubes and watched DPS listed go up nicely...then on to swapping the FOB fit to one i'll use to test against the Astra (probably not the one i'd actually use; in hindsight i'd have kept the mjd just to flee from any sirens)
