TL;DR - wow. only took 45min? that's a record. lol. good thing i was prepared.

bitter vet warning: i do end up having a good old rant to pass the time, plus at the end i start getting tipsy from the Scotch.

0. my main implant set & ship i usually fly around with, at arera
1. i have my centurion implants and ecm ships at arera
2. i have my halo implants and bombers at bashakru
3. i have my miscellaneous implants and ships at mamenkhanar
4. i incidentally have my 'home' (medical clone bay for ye olde timers) at arera - but for the purposes of this video it'll be irrelevant since i'm not shuttling ships in only one direction but multiple.

a) i swap out my main implant set for the centurion set at arera
b) i grab an ecm ship and head to bashakru
c) i switch out for the halo implant set there
d) i grab a bomber and head for mamenkhanar
e) i switch out for whatever miscellaneous implant set i have there
f) i grab a speed/prober ship and head to arera
g) i switch out for my main implant set and from that point on i don't need to switch implants, just shuttle ships

btw, since all upwells i'm heading to now have an implant set installed, it would be inconvenient to switch to a fresh clone in order to take advantage of suicide podding to a 'home' station in order to speed up the ship shuttling process.

followup: mistakes - 0. saw a squirrel and forgot to confirm that, yes indeed the "D" hotkey when held down does NOT fix the overview object in place like holding down "CTRL" does; 1. shipped the orthus to bashakru when i should have left it at arera, 2. i forgot to talk about shifting the gear in corp hangar to the appropriate new home for them (i tend to do that last using my viators), 3. i should have mentioned that those ganker tornadoes (copied from code, or should i say inspired by some of their loss mails in niarja) push the limits of my clone skill and that sort of thing really needs to be delegated to my secondary alts who have the fresh clones to spare...albeit it would mean alot of training on those characters at the expense of my main's queue; 4. i realized later that my mains had way more SP than years ago and most of them could fly heretic's various probe ships now. yay for being a bitter vet.

what i ended up doing is using an occator to shift around the gear (mainly because i have so many fireworks now. lol)
