idiosyncrasies of the command burst visa vis fleet implants. This one is a bit esoteric and won't appeal to 95% of you. cry me a river.
(1) the change while in flight wouldn't kick in until the higher bonus effect wore off (not the cycle of the burst, but the area affect above the 'hud')
(2) the change while in simulation mode won't kick in until you toggle the command burst off/on
Trying to figure out the bonuses, or lack thereof, in armor bursts. it all just boiled down to the bonus affect duration (just needed to wait that out before activating the command burst, when i plugged an implant in or ripped one out)...not to mention the simulation mode wouldn't 'take' until i switched the command burst on and off to reset the bonus from implant, or not.
