========= mining specific roles ('what if'/'what is'/'wtf')
inspired by ccp's recent screwups regarding the endurance, their original introduction of the expedition frigates, and their recent hiccup regarding making specialized mining holds for all three types (then removing that completely redundant mechanic)

this is my wondering why the HELL haven't ccp given serious thought to fleshing out the interesting idea they first introduced with the expedition frigates...and then just "SQUIRREL!"

i wouldn't call it "salvaging" the baby from the bath water they chucked out...because, well, that would imply this is a "what if" wishful thinking...and we all know how that's turned out after almost 2 decades of "GUESS WHAT WE HAVE NEXT PATCH!" attitude that's baked in to this mmog we play as a lifestyle choice.

the unspoken obvious taken for granted disclaimer is i'd never put this into 'suggestions' forum over at troll effing central since (1) duh, prolific forum trolls will spam irrelevance (2) since it only gets 3 likes ccp are like "only 3 likes?"
Ccp reminds me of the meme of the facebook doctor saying "just 30 more likes and i can save this little girl"
