also note that you won't be able to simply drag the skill into the queue and buy it that way - find a market nearby seeded on singularity.

the small turret will have a max range of ~42km with arcing 10km to each target up to a max of 5. unsure whether tracking computers will affect this (there's no 'tracking' so it might not for optimal either? dunno. just guessing)
