So i was testing out some Rorqual boosting mining fleet to check the effect of the ORE Mindlink implant, quite nice with a Venture with ORE miners having a 41km range and cycle time of 24.6s, but when you hit compress the window opens as normal, then hit compress and then you have to close the window to be able to compress again, that is now how it used to work last time i used it on TQ, more tedium or possibly some bug, if anyone can check it on TQ feel free to comment if it works the same there :)
