New World went F2P (Free to Play) and the player population still hasn't risen. This is a completely dead game and when you compare player populations to other games it's pretty obvious. New World can't be saved unless they just start over from scratch and rebuild the entire game. It's a shame to see a game fall so far but it's hilarious at the same time.
