Evercade VS Game of the Month preview - Nessy the Robot & Tapeworm Disco Puzzle
4Chris Powell takes a quick look at #NessyTheRobot and #TapewormDiscoPuzzle - the latest releases in the #evercade Game of the Month program.
@EvercadeRetro started the Game of the Month program last month in April, where every month, they release a new indie game that owners can install and play for free until the month ends. In total, 10 games will be released under the Game of the Month program, which will officially wrap up in December.
This month’s release is “Nessy the Robot'' an 8-bit style platformer developed by @DanielTGaming. The game stars Nessy - an NES controller-themed robot who lives in the peaceful land of Pixel Park. Watch
April's release was Tapeworm Disco Puzzle - a quirky grid-based puzzle game designed by Alastair Low of Lowtek Games and programmed by Valdir Salgueiro, featuring music from Tuï. The game is based on Lowtek’s earlier game Flea!, which was released on the Indie Heroes Collection 1 cartridge.
The Indie Heroes Collection 2 cartridge will collect all the Game of the Month releases together on a physical Evercade cartridge later this year.
