Everlasting Life | World C7, ELOHIM Ending | Let's Play The Talos Principle Gameplay
Let’s Play The Talos Principle! Watch as I attempt to solve various puzzle as a robot in these The Talos Principle gameplay videos! :D
----------
The Talos Principle, part 19 (World C7).
And so we venture into the final puzzle world of The Talos Principle, world C7. The puzzles in here are ELOHIM’s final tests to see if we’re worthy of his offering of eternal life.
Almost symbolic (maybe mixed with a little bit of irony) of this whole place, the last puzzle is called Prison Break, and it was quite a tough one for me to wrap my head around. In fact, it took me 1½ month to figure out… No, that’s not true of course, but I did stop my recording of the last puzzle due to stuff happening IRL, and with Dishonored 2, my advent calendar and OneShot, The Talos Principle kinda fell into the background. For that I apologise, and rest assured, the finale will be up this week :)
In this episode, however, we will get to see exactly what ELOHIM means by eternal life, whereas the next episode, the series finale, will be us attempting to climb his tower - Stay tuned! :P
The puzzles of world C7 are:
- Crisscross Conundrum Advanced.
- Carrier Pigeons.
- Dead Man’s Switch.
- Prison Break.

In The Talos Principle, the player wakes up in world of Greek ruins without any knowledge of how you got there or why. Only some creepy dude, calling himself ELOHIM (Hebrew for god/deity), seem to be present in this world. The only thing to do, really, is to follow his bidding and jam your way through various puzzle in order to find tetris bricks (or sigils) in this well-received first person puzzle game from 2014 (Metacritic: http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/the-talos-principle).
I am a sucker for puzzle games and when I first saw this game, as well as the reviews, I was so excited. A first person 3D puzzle game, which questioned humanity in an environment of Greek mythology just sounded too awesome not to be played. Add to this that many reviewers called The Talos Princple a puzzle game in the same league as the Portal-franchise (http://store.steampowered.com/app/400/), I was all like: “When you’ve made the sale, stop selling” (quote Marshall, How I Met Your Mother). Now I just had to pull myself together and record myself playing it, which finally happened with this video series! :D
