Extra Lives
1 - After the first quad fight
2 - Destroyed version, after jumping on the swinging crates, behind the archvile (looks like argent facility from 2016)
3 - 2up, you get it after the last yellow marker from swimming

BFG
1 - Underwater, hit a little switch before double baron outside. its in the pool of water, the doors open up when you hit the switch by the dive suit. The second secret encounter is nearby.
2 - Last arena

Blood Swamps
Extra Lives
1 - At first baron arena
2 - On the way to a trial, under the gate, by the turret
3 - Under the water in the giant tentacle arena w/ doomhunter

BFG
1 and 2 - Both trial arenas contain a BFGspirit arena (soulsphere in that arena)
3 - In secret by tyrant/2 spectre whiplash swamp on the way to the trial
4 - After platform puzzle behind broken wall
Both non-trial BFG can be attained by fast traveling to Betruger’s Castle. The one behind the wall is right there, and you can backtrack down through the platform puzzle to reach the tyrant arena and swim to the other, then jump off a ledge to come back.

2 - Directly after that (2 knights spawn)
3 - 2up after punching tree
They’re kind of in alcoves, be sure to follow your map (and automap if you grabbed it)

BFG
1 - In the rising pillar arena
2 - in post orange ring arena
3 - Before boss
