There are around 50 distinct Starbound biomes and sub-biomes, including some that are basically underground versions of existing surface ones. But which are the best and worst?

In this video we count down from the best Starbound biome to the worst Starbound biome, starting with fun ones full of good furniture to steal, down to ones that nobody wants to have to cross on the way to somewhere good!

We look at well-known and obscure Starbound biomes, with some surprises and fun facts - should we count the Outpost as a biome? What surface biome is the glowing mushroom biome related to? And so on.

This Starbound biome countdown includes the rare geode biome, the funky steamspring biome, the sweaty foundry biome, the beautiful ocean biome, the icky slime biome, the vanilla forest biome and lots more.
