Street Fighter 3 Third Strike has one of the most beloved soundtracks in all of fighting game history as composer Hideki Okugawa knocked it out of the park with an amazing combination of hip hop, drums and bass, jazz, and rock. While almost everyone agrees that Third Strike's soundtrack is top tier, it seems like virtually no one agrees on how to rank the individual tracks.

We've decided to attempt this with the 16 stage themes, (since, obviously, the amazing character select track would be number one if we included it in the running) and when I say "we" I actually mean "I" because even the EventHubs crew disagrees on which songs should go where.
