There are a good number of achievements/trophies to be had in Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, each with their own specific trigger conditions. Achievements are obtained on the PC version, while trophies can be earned on the PlayStation 4 version. The two are one in the same, with the main exception being the Platinum trophy "This Pattern is Mine," which is only obtainable as a trophy on PlayStation since Steam doesn't have an equivalent to Platinum trophies. PlayStation trophies have different classifications including Bronze, Silver, and Gold, with their type being weighted to reflect the difficulty you will theoretically face in obtaining them; by comparison Steam achievements are all weighted equally.
