1It has been 2 weeks because lately school has been a little bs. Really just my chemistry class being in-person but everything taught is online. Which makes no sense to me. That and work taking up my free time. It hailed and my car suffered damage. My days off I was just tired and rested. Things are calming down but am I glad to finally get a bit of a break. Recently I bought a whole lot of food and filled the fridge so I got plenty of things to cook. And I mean a lot of food. The freezer is full and the fridge had like a 10 lb ham 7 lb brisket and 4 ny strip steaks. I got a sous vide and did the steaks. The first time I did a trial run then learned then the second time I did it better and the steaks came out perfect. That's the life update. Sorry for not posting for awhile. And thanks for watching!
