EVGA's RTX 2070 Black uses a reference PCB, but sticks an EVGA two-fan cooler on it. Our primary goal is to determine whether an MSRP card is actually made of quality materials, or whether the tight margin forces cheap components across the board. We have a separate PCB and VRM analysis coming up on the RTX 2070.
