This is the third week for loco4pack's Evolution of a Settlement Build Challenge. We have leveled up to 11, and have been building more now that we have some help. Much yet to do... and they'll be picking up the pace as more hands come in.

We are working on a garage for Kaylee to work out of and some level flooring over the East wing. It will be a good base for what comes next. (teaser!)

Next update will be in one week and it will take the character (and settlement) to Level 15.
