Evolution Of Just Cause Series (2006.–2023.)
Hello, dear gamers and welcome to the new episode of "Evolution Of...", the first to be produced and released in 2023. As i am currently swamped with real-life obligations, walkthrough of Time Crisis 2 won't start until September so i'd like to ask you to enjoy this video until the walkthrough starts.
Just Cause, named after the real-life military operation organized by the United States in 1989 in order to overthrow the dictator of Panama, Manuel Noriega, is a video game series made up of four mainline games and one cancelled spin-off which follows the exploits of Rico Rodriguez, American black ops operative specializing in toppling rogue, often anti-American regimes all around the world. The locales visited by the series as of 2023 include those inspired by Carribean islands (San Esperito in JC 1), Southeast Asia (Palau in JC 2), Mediterranian countries (Medici in JC 3) and South America (Solaris in JC 4).
Entire series was developed by Swedish game developer Avalanche Software and published by Square Enix (known as Eidos Interactive until 2009) with the first game being released in September 2006 and latest being released in December 2018. In 2021, a mobile-exclusive free-to-play spin-off was also announced and was soft-launched in certain teritorries such as Singapore before ultimately being cancelled in 2023 without ever seeing a wide release.
