Exercise For Beginners - 5 Basic Upper Body Static Stretches YOU Should Know!
If you're relatively new to exercise, or just about to start, you need to watch this video! It is a simple explanation of 5 basic static stretches for the upper body, and why we should be performing static stretches as part of a cool down! I wanted to create a series where I talk over some very very basics of important sections of exercise, so here we go!
Deltoids, Pectoralis Major, Triceps, Rhomboids and Lattisimus Dorsi stretches are included! As well as a basic overview of why we static stretch.
Please note: I seem to be having compression issues on the stretch part of the video. Its something to do with when it uploads to YT, so apologies for the blurriness at times.
