Due to viewer request, I have created more playlists (with personal training theory) to give you more effective workout options with Ring Fit Adventure's Custom Mode! These playlists focus on your upper body, and target 3 specific areas that we need to ensure we train well; Chest, Shoulders and Back. Each playlist has adaptable parts too, so you can make sure your workout is effective as possible for yourself!
