Exhale XR bills itself as a "VR Wellness" experience; not exactly my sort of thing, but also not not exactly my sort of thing. As someone with some experience in meditation (many years ago), I was curious to see how they approached what they seem to want to deliver.
I think my main takeaway from it is that the devs have never met anyone who is anxious about heights.
