Existence Is An Absolute Nightmare And This Is Why - The Big Bang
We all know existence is an absolute nightmare. It is partly why I play so much VR… BUT so is understanding it, and this is why. Note: I will alternate science videos with VR reviews for a while. I haven’t given up on reviewing VR games, I even use a fair bit of VR in this video.
Ever since I mentioned I was a science teacher in my Elite Dangerous VR I have gotten manyyyy emails about it. So, I decided let’s combine VR and science into a video series about teaching science.

Starting with Physics I am covering how we got to where we are now, beginning at the Big Bang. BUT I will be covering chemistry and biology as we go, as I love teaching all 3 of the sciences. I will say honestly so far it really was an absolute nightmare trying to understand then explain this part of our existence. I can really see why I was better at chemistry than physics…
I used 2 virtual reality games and one 2D game to make the visuals for this Existence is an Absolute Nightmare – This Is Why episode. I used Elite Dangerous VR for all the ship scenes, Universe Sandbox VR when I help up and threw planets about, and Space Engine for the colourful backgrounds and scenes where I am moving quickly through space. They all great games, and all can be played without virtual reality.

Elite Dangerous, VR or not, is a beautiful game and is full of amazing sights, some that I showed in the video were recorded by ObsidianAnt, check out his amazing Elite Dangerous/Space videos here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOaryXH0WCY
In the background I used the FTL soundtrack by Ben Prunty: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fWlHjpKmvh8&t=1632s
