EXP Glitch & Liches - Read Description (KH3 Beginner Any%)
This video should serve as a good reference for EXP Glitch and Liches. This is not my own creation and uses ideas found by many other runners, this was just an attempt I had in practice and I wanted to post it as reference, not to claim these strats as my own. There are also some key points below that explain some of the decisions made here.
Huge thanks to these runners in particular, and to anyone else in addition who helped out with this:

Key Points:
- For EXP Glitch on Beginner, you want to use Thundaza and Aeroga, so you want to build the Aero commands while using Shooting Star. If you do get Aeroza, make sure you are using Shooting Star when you do the situation commands. An Aeroza with Ever After does too much damage and causes the EXP Glitch to fail because the Aeroza kills rather than the Thundaza. Aeroga seems to yield better results for me than Aeroza does regardless. EXP Glitch is designed to get you from level 28-29 up to 36 (sometimes 37 or even 38 on PC if you're lucky). This gets us extra magic (from every even level up) along with Combo Plus at 30 and Thunder Boost at 34. If you were good enough to consistently hit 38, you also get an Aero Boost, but I'm not that good (I've hit it twice on PC in practice) and it might not be reliable anyhow.
- For the fast Olympus lich, you need to beat the Lich into the portal, which then causes the game to let you spam thunder while the Lich is loading in. If you're too slow, this doesn't work. Logic has a consistent setup that involves chaining three airslides to beat the Lich to the portal, which you can see here.
- The Olympus, Caribbean, Arendelle, Monstropolis, and Corona liches all die to Thundaga combos. The first two liches take 5 Thundagas to kill, but once we do the menu, the rest should all die to 4 (I missed one on the Arendelle Lich).
- The Toy Box and San Fransokyo liches have a higher resistance to thunder which is why we do different strats for them. Nano Gear is used for these because the shotlock hits instantaneously instead of Ever After's shotlock which takes time to tick up to 28 hits.
