Kagero's crit throws really shred Dispen Fisher's crush bar when they hit the weak point so we can take advantage of that pretty hard. Brain Crush does ~25% of Dispen Fisher's HP, so it's ideal to do the second Brain Crush when Dispen Fisher has less than that so you don't have to sit through a third Brain Crush animation. If you don't get the kill on the second Brain Crush you can put Kagero up and just throw another thing at him and you should hopefully do enough damage to kill there, but you do have to sit through that extra Brain Crush animation. There's a chance that based on your positioning at the start of the fight, you'll break Dispen Fisher's crush bar on your second throw which ends up limiting how much damage you can get out before the first Brain Crush. In that case, don't try to push your luck and end up missing the window to Brain Crush, just play it safe.
