Experiencing Beech Bend's Last Day of the 2021 Season! (Beech Bend 2021 Closing Day Vlog 9/18/2021)
3On September 18th, 2021, I was able to make it back to Bowling Green, KY to visit Beech Bend Park on its 2021 closing day! It was decently crowded, but still a fun day. I got some good rides on Kentucky Rumbler, observed a ride evacuation after a train got stuck on Wild Mouse's lift hill, and finally got a ride on Air Race! I also watched a few of there cheesy little shows, and even finally bought myself a Beech Bend T-Shirt.
On the way I ran into a nice big rain storm, drove through the middle of nowhere Kentucky for quite some time, then got stuck at a grade crossing waiting for the longest train I've ever seen to pass.
It was quite an interesting day, and I hope you'll join me! And hopefully I will be able to make it back to this charming little family-owned park in 2022!
