Experimenting With CopyNES on Analogue Nt Mini Noir V2
5I have a handful of NES cartridges that I've never had any luck running on Everdrive N8 Pro with the binary files that exist in various corners of the internet. Since the GitHub jailbreak for Analogue's Nt Mini Noir V2 unlocks a ROM dumper called CopyNES, I decided to take it upon myself to try dumping nine of them for myself. What you see here is an hour of footage edited down to just nine minutes. It's very much a trial and error process to dump carts because if you don't know what mapper it has, you have to scroll through the available list and try one after another until you finally hit on the right one to make a proper dump. Fortunately since the jailbreak also allows you to play the ROM files off your SD card, you can just hop into the CopyNES folder and test them as you go. Now that I've dumped these games I'll have to put them on the Everdrive N8 Pro and see if they're good on a standard top loading NES as well!
