Explain yourself when entering Utah | Sunday Rant | Trucking Answers
642Utah will be sending your cell phone a message when you cross the state line. That message is going to include a form to fill out. You need to explain where you have been the last 14 days, where you are going, how long you will be in Utah. Some trucking groups jumped on Governor Gary Herbert and demanded that truck drivers be exempt. Governor Herbert relented and said those involved in interstate commerce will not have to fill out the form. My whole problem with this is it is none of their business where I've been or where I'm going. In America we are free to travel among and between the states. This government overreacting is getting ridiculous. That people tolerate this is very upsetting to me. The Twilight Zone episode "The Monsters are Due on Maple Street" should be watched by everyone. I also wanted to talk about the Thursday video that was outside with poor sound. It was important to be outside and do the video. Until Martial Law is declared I'll be outside whenever I please. Who is the government to tell you what is essential? I'm sick of people walking into the boxcar on their own. It needs to end.
