181If you have a TWIC card that expires after March 1 they are extending the date of the expiration. This is a good thing as it is basically impossible to get the card renewed with most of the offices closed. Truck Drivers who use a TWIC card to make a living will be happy to hear about this I am sure. In other breaking news, Utah has ended the program of sending every traveler a text message when they enter the state. This was only recently started as a way to compel people to fill out a declaration form listing where they have been in the last 14 days. I would personally never fill it out anyway. It turns out many people who live in Utah were getting the form, sometimes as much as 20 times a day. These are people who lived as far as 60 miles inland of a border. So, the state has stopped or will soon stop sending the messages to phones. This kind of feel goodism is horrible anyway. Governor Herbert can forget about me filling out some form.
