This video is Part 2 in my collab with Yvette. Yvette has conducted a cardiovascular exam & put a heart monitor on you, and I'm here to test your brain a bit! In the end, we're going to discuss panic attacks - more specifically, silent panic attacks. Yours truly has a panic disorder, so it was a combo of medical resources and anecdotal evidence in the discussion.
