Ready for a chill, relaxed ADHD assessment? I've got over 20 different tests for you after a screening exam to determine if you could have ADHD. There is a LOT of different things going on, from reading colored text, hearing tests, follow my instructions, to focus testing. Even if you don't have ADHD, it should still be very relaxing :) I designed this one to be something one can chill or sleep to, and while the pace is slightly faster than I usually do, it is still a slow examination.

Even though I'm in the process for being formally diagnosed with ADHD, I hadn't paid much mind to the ADHD ASMR videos that were popping up - until I binged Lizi ASMR's ADHD exam videos, that is. So I studied her vids, gathered a lot of info and research from various websites on the Internet, and took notes from some other non-ASMR videos to make my own video!
