Extreme Downhill - Time Attack 1CC All Records/Challenges & Ending included (exclusive on Youtube)
11 credit clear of Extreme Downhill (Arcade) - Time Attack/Master mode using the girl aka the all-rounder character (as a Croat, it would be wrong to use any other character :D)
Time Attack provides the same challenge as the default Story Mode, however the twist in this mode is that they want you to beat as many course records as possible, however you can select the order of courses ("Challenging" courses are included too, but they still come in fixed order). The courses don't rank up if you race them later on, I simply got some of the more difficult ones out of the way early on.
I did a 1CC playthrough of Story Mode as well, which was uploaded to my channel on the same date. There I used the Vanilla Ice guy (speed character) and also broke all course records + beat the Challenging courses. However, the game is much more difficult using the all-rounder character so I'm gonna put this playthrough in my 1CC Arcade Playlist.
Played on December 11th 2023. using Fightcade/FBNeo. Default settings/dipswitches.
No save states, no cheats, no turbo.
1CC challenge difficulty: 6.5/10 (Time Attack with all course records + beating the Challenging courses and using anyone but the speed character)
4.5/10 if you're going for a basic Story Mode clear with failing the two optional "Challenging" courses and using the speed character.
Last, but not least, my runs are the only two playthroughs on Youtube that feature the full ending of the game. Everybody else played on Mame where the game freezes somewhere during the ending. I guess Mame can't handle that cold in the Alps.
