As it turns out you can use Middle East and Vietnam scenarios from F-15 Strike Eagle 2 in F-19. I knew you could borrow North Cape and Central Europe from F-19 and use them in F-15 (before it got them officially with Operation Desert Storm Scenario Disk), but not the other way around!

To make this work you need to manually copy scenery files each time you want to swap the theatre. To simplify the process I prepared custom package with batch file and scenery files to automate the scenario switching with simple DOS based menu system which you can also use to backup and restore your pilots (roster file) as a bonus feature.

It should work with any F-19 version - if you're using Steam or GOG just make sure the game starts with F19SCEN.BAT file - see time stamps in the video for instructions for Steam release.
