This course has so much crazy potential in it, that I felt like this was the only way to really do it justice.
I should clarify though, that this is far from optimized (given that I only spent a couple hours on it). If anything, just think of this as a taste of what's possible here.

Oh, and I was able to use Fat Shark on the Chapter 7 track by using the 'Beta All Cup' cheat code and loading the course within Time Attack mode instead of Story mode.
