To build this machine, you'll need the Megalo Cruiser, Heat Snake, and Comet-V parts. You can only obtain these parts from the Story Mode on Hard mode.

This machine is one of those big and bulky vehicles. BUT, it's a lot easier to handle than most. One would need to make heavy use of the L and R buttons as usual, and while the booster isn't the strongest, this machine DOES retain speed very well. It is capable of a 1st place finish in Drift Highway with the right settings, and it is more than capable of handling tracks like Undulation and Dragon Slope. One will need to be a master of heavy machines to make the most effective use of this, especially when it comes to boosting.
