Upon arriving at the Lightning Area. Capt. Falcon checks for survivors and finds out one is still trapped inside. He rushes into the damaged tower and finds the only remaining survivor unaccounted for Jody Summer. But, with the reactor at critical levels and will blow any second can they escape with their lives!?



You have only forty seconds to make down the long tunnel to the escape entrance before the doors close. Dooming you both to the exploding reactor!
This is another one of those missions you basically have to have a prefect run in order to clear it on very hard. With just forty seconds there's not any room for error. My only advice is use Max top speed and get all the green energy capsules to replenish your energy for more boosts. Don't just boost at random but, time your boosts to keep a higher top speed going while in between boosts.
