The game fails to load the track leaving only the HUD visible, since the game it is now DX12 exclusive, and asks for a GTX 950 which is a DX12 (12_1) while the MX 130/GT 940MX is a 12 (11_0), this might explain that the MX 130 lacks DX12 features to run the game decently.

It can be a simple bug or the DX12 features, but for now, it's not playable.
If you find a solution for this GPU, let me know :)
