3CHALLENGE MODE SEASON 3 RULES (UPDATED):
1. Main Driver contracts must be honoured and cannot be terminated early. Reserver Driver contracts can be ended at any point, but a Reserve Driver can only be promoted to a race seat if a Main Driver slot is vacant.
2. Staff contracts must be honoured and cannot be terminated early.
3. Car Development: We can only make 1 major upgrade (using CFD & Wind Tunnel) per part per season - this includes pre-seaon development. Only 3 minor upgrades (no hours used) per part per season are allowed. Intense & Rushed development is forbidden.
4. Research: We can only undertake one major research project (using CFD & Wind Tunnel) per part per season. Minor research projects (no hours used) are not restricted.
5. We are limited to a maximum of 5 engineers per project (development and research) and a total of 15 engineers.
6. Facility Upgrades: We can only upgrade a single Car Development facility once for the entire year from the following list
CFD
Wind Tunnel
Car Part Test Centre
Suspension Simulator
Once that upgrade has been chosen, no other facilities from the list can be upgraded. All other facilities are not restricted.
