Fable: Content Restoration - CS_MOTHER_SPLITTING_UP
23A recreation of a cutscene that was changed during the game's development. Based on dialogue that can be found in various versions of the game, it appears the Bargate Prison segment of Fable was meant to play out differently.
At first, they wanted a segment where you would cause a fire by igniting the stick and then pickpocket the key from the Prison Guard. Then there was a whole stealth section involved with the Warden, where you had to steal keys from his key rack and then open a chest so you could disguise yourself as a guard.

This is the cutscene that plays when you manage to leave Bargate Prison, after defeating the Kraken. Two lines were removed from this cutscene. One where your mother (Scarlet Robe) will mention how Jack shouldn't get his hands on the sword, because its far too powerful. Another unused line is after she gives you more power from your bloodline. In this line she says that you should consider it a 'Thank You' for helping her leave the Prison.
