Along with the Fart Expression, this is easily one of my favourite little details about Fable: The Lost Chapters. Drown your sorrows in a bit of liquor and your vision gets completely messed up and blurry.

No idea what kind of strong beer Lionhead were drinking when they came up with this mechanic, but I think it is really hilarious every time I witness it.
