Although, not necessarily a mod that you can download, there is a method of modding the game to play Fable: The Lost Chapters in 'New Game+ mode'. This allows the player to start Fable all the way from the start of the game, but with all of the stats and gear they had from a previous save.

This method has became a lot more popular as of recently due to Fable speedrunning, however, I just plan to mess around with it, have some fun and see how easy the game is with a full set of gear.

I also have other mods installed, including stuff like:

No Will, Age or Scars
Increased Camera FOV
No Silver Keys for Chests
Hold Weapons While Doing Emotes
Weapons Anywhere (for Darkwood Bordello and Bowerstone)

HOW TO DO NEW GAME PLUS:

Step 1) Back up your save file, by copying the folder: "Documents/My Games/Fable/Saves" and pasting it anywhere on your hard drive. This will give you a back-up of your old character(s), in case you make any mistake doing the other steps.

Step 2) Start a new game. Now that you have a back up of your previous save files, it is time to start with creating a new profile. Just start the game up, go to the main menu and start creating a new save file for yourself like you normally would.

Step 3) Play the game past the Guild Training sequences, until you are ready to start the Wasp Queen quest. When you start the Wasp Queen quest, proceed along it until you reach the picnic area. When you're inside the picnic area, save your game and quit Fable.

Step 4) Now go back to this file directory: "Documents/My Games/Fable/Saves" You should now see two (or more) profiles. Go into your original profile's folder and copy the file named Manual - Save1.hs. Copy this file and go into your new profile's folder. As a precaution, you might want to move the Manual - Save1.hs file in this folder to your desktop. Now, paste the original profile's file into this folder.

Step 5) Launch the game again and load up the save you just transferred on the new profile you created. Now you should have all your characters old stats, gear and appearance but be continuing where you left off on the Wasp Queen quest.
