Faceposer: Fixing the Vista/7 Extraction Bug

After much effort, the one bug turning most people off of Faceposer has been fixed!...Worked around. Whatever. Please let me know how well this works for other languages, because of the Speech SDK setting requirement. You may have to install the UK language pack to get it working.
Please be sure you have watched the other tutorials before posting questions. And PLEASE look at the FAQ as well:
